 Individual support tailored to your personal challenges  which includes anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and stress-related concerns. We draw on evidence-based approaches—such as Process Oriented Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and person-centered frameworks to provide care that is both effective and compassionate.

At Agile Resiliency, we offer two types of resilience training:

  • Personalised: Growth in one-on-one resilience-focused sessions that aim at increasing personal resilience, health, and mental well-being
  • Group training: The training includes personalised resilience assessment, group training, group work, and self-assignments

Our programs focus on building collective resilience and include 

customisable workshops for leaders, psychologically safe group coaching to surface and solve real tensions, resilience assessments, skills training and ongoing support for embedding practices into daily work culture
