Resilience Dimensions

Predictive Resilience Dimensions

Recently discoveries in neuroplasticity has redefined resilience as the ability to advance and thrive in the face of adversity. Advancing means that we’re always moving forward, and when we’re faced with challenges, we’re not just bouncing back.  we are moving closer to what is meaningful to us – what gives us a sense

Resilience is framed as a multidimensional skillset comprising six interrelated domains, each contributing to psychological, emotional, and behavioural strength.

Here are the six domains of resilience as defined by the PR6 model:

  1. Vision -  Having clear goals and a sense of purpose that guide actions and decisions.
  2.  Composure  -  Managing stress and emotions effectively to stay calm and focused under pressure.
  3.  Reasoning -  Solving problems and planning ahead by thinking critically and adapting to challenges.
  4.  Health  -  Maintaining physical well-being through sleep, nutrition, and exercise to support mental resilience.
  5.  Tenacity  -  Persisting through difficulties with optimism, motivation, and mental toughness.
  6.  Collaboration -  Building strong, supportive relationships and engaging positively with others.
