Our therapeutic process begins with a comprehensive assessment and collaborative treatment planning, followed by weekly online experiential therapy sessions tailored to support and enhance psychological well-being. The initial consultation is offered at no cost. Ongoing counselling sessions are priced at AUD 100 for individuals and AUD 140 for couples.
