 Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or just feeling stuck — therapy can help. Our sessions are a collaborative, confidential space where you can explore challenges, gain insights, and move toward healing and growth.  

Our areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and stress-related concerns. We draw on evidence-based approaches—such as Process Oriented Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and person-centered frameworks to provide care that is both effective and compassionate. 

How does it work

Therapy Approach

Our therapy approach include an comprehensive assessment and treatment planning followed by weekly online experiential therapy sessions aimed to improve your mental well-being. The cost of each session is 100 AUD for individuals and 140 AUD for couples.
